As the largest aftermarket automotive parts supplier in the U.S., Advance Auto Parts was very aware of the challenges facing automotive shops and of the need for a comprehensive set of technology tools to help them succeed. To accomplish this, Advance sought to find the most innovative and trusted technology companies in the industry. In 2011, the company acquired two automotive-focused startups, DriverSide and MotoLOGIC, to begin successfully delivering marketing and repair and diagnostic solutions to automotive shops.
In 2013, Advance officially launched MOTOSHOP Technology Tools to bring the products under one brand name and demonstrate our commitment to an increased investment in technology, product development and customer support. Our initial products, MotoREV Shop Marketing and MotoLOGIC Repair & Diagnostics, were quickly followed by MotoSKILL Shop Tech Training and MotoSHOP Shop Management System.
With four integrated products, MOTOSHOP is now a technology provider to thousands of automotive shops around the country. Our customer service center provides personalized product support and training assistance for every shop, and we pride ourselves on delivering the technology tools shops need to succeed in a competitive industry.
